Extended Returns

In light of the ever changing coronvirus situation, our normal 30 day returns guarantee has been extended to 60 days.

Orders purchased from Wednesday 18th March can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 60 days. The returned product must be in the original condition.

This applies to any order purchased from Wednesday 18th March, which falls outside the normal 30 day guarantee and the product must be received within 60 days otherwise it may be subject to handling charges.

Please note if you order on a credit account, normal payment terms apply. If you return any items within the qualifying period you will be credited back to your account in full.

Given the coronavirus situation and the steps we have taken to protect the health and safety of our workforce, you may experience delays in how we process your returns or refunds. We appreciate that this is inconvenience and are grateful for your patience and understanding.
